Center Announcements
General

Center Timing for 6th Sept 2026 – 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and Devotional session commences at sharp 9:45 AM with Vedam Chanting.

Although this is a long weekend, the Center will be open and operating as usual.

“You must observe punctuality with regard to things like Bhajan and Bhojan (meals). You should not mix up these things. You should not resort to them as and when you like. Bhajan should always be conducted in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere conducive to mental tranquility. Even if you do Bhajan for a few minutes in such a condition, it will go straight to God. There is no use in doing Bhajan in a reckless manner. Then, it is like playing a gramophone. It is painful to singers as well as listeners.” – Baba (Oct 9, 1976)

Requesting all devotees to arrive before 9:45 AM as a practice. If you have any questions or would like assistance with signups, contact us

We welcome all devotees to come forward to lead bhajans. Our goal is to be inclusive of all members. Please do however, ensure that you have practiced  more than adequately and are ready to offer the bhajan.

“Sing familiar bhajans, so that all can share in the ananda. Also, pay attention to the tune, the meaning, the variety, the voice, the ragam, the talam (the tune and the beat), and other fine points of the bhajans. If your voice is not pleasant or sweet, keep quiet; that is the best service you can do. Do not cause discontent, discord, and disharmony by insisting on singing because you are an office-bearer or something! The bhajans must be sweet to the ear, arousing pictures of the glory and grandeur of Godhead in the minds of the singers and listeners; they must refer to various names and forms of God so that the bhajan sessions might fill everyone with ecstasy. Bhajan is a sadhana for all who share in it; that is why it is prescribed for every unit.”  – Baba , Jan 15, 1972
